Broad & High
The Broad & High redevelopment represents more than 100 years of history. The focal point of the project, 8 E. Broad Street was designed by noted architect Frank Packard and has a distinguished history and variety of uses - including the former home of the National Football League. As the visual and geographic center of Columbus - Ohio’s Capital City - the four building development is the most visible redevelopment project in the City’s history. This dynamic project will serve as the new home and broadcasting venue for NBC and will contain luxury condominiums, specialty offices, and ground-level retail. The project will also feature the most advanced electronic advertising venue outside of New York City. With an annual circulation of more than 34 million, the display features more than 12 display units each capable of running full-motion video in more than one billion colors. Capable of running both video and animation, Broad & High is truly the most effective and memorable advertising opportunity in Columbus.
