Playhouse Square, Cleveland, Ohio
Launching in 2009, CityGallery at Playhouse Square will be the largest full-motion LED project in the midwest. Located along Euclid Avenue, the primary east-west artery through downtown Cleveland. Playhouse Square contains eight performance spaces, producing more than 1,100 performances per year, and is home to the largest stage between New York and Chicago. The district is also one of Cleveland’s biggest business centers, with headquarters for Medical Mutual, Huntington Bank, Cleveland State University, and hundreds of additional corporations in the immediate vicinity. Opening in late 2008, the new Silver Line Rapid Transit line runs east and west on Euclid Avenue, carrying commuters between Public Square to the West, and University Circle to the East. Playhouse Square is blocks away from Progressive Field, the home of the Indians, and Gund Arena, the home of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
